Our program began in 1999 as a result of working with HomeVestors of America which is a franchisor out of Dallas, Texas. Today we handle many franchisees for this network and work with approximately 2,000 other real estate investors, representing over 14,000 locations and over $1 billion in insured values across the country. Our Program, today, has clients in over 40 states and it is represented by over 8 different lines of insurance for our insured clients. In year 2009, Affinity Group Management “AGM” (the billing and servicing arm of NREIG) was recognized as being the 14th fastest growing company in the Kansas City area and has been a member of the top 100 fastest growing companies several years before and ongoing today. We contribute this amazing growth to first-class client service and a very high quality, unique product for a traditionally overlooked market (real estate investors).
Our national program is comprised of:
