Our program manifested in 1999 as a result of working with HomeVestors of America which is a franchisor out of Dallas, Texas. Today we handle many franchisees for this network and work with approximately 3,600 other real estate investors, representing nearly 22,000 locations and over $1.6 billion in insured values across the country. Our Program, today, has clients in all 50 states and it is represented by over 8 different lines of insurance for our insured clients. In year 2012, Affinity Group Management “AGM” (the billing and servicing partner of NREIG) was recognized as being the 16th fastest growing company in the Kansas City area and has been a member of the top 100 fastest growing companies several years before and ongoing today. We attribute this amazing growth to first-class client service and a very high quality, unique product for a traditionally overlooked market (real estate investors).
